Broker Commission Payouts Every Monday via ACH

Broker Commission Payouts Every Monday via ACH

Broker shops do not fail because they cannot find merchants. They fail because cash arrives on a calendar that has nothing to do with when work was done. A file funds on a Tuesday. The residual sits until month-end. Month-end has a minimum. The minimum misses. You explain to a producer why their closed deal is still “pending accounting.” That conversation is more expensive than the ACH fee you were trying to avoid.

Loanable pays partners every Monday via ACH, with no minimum payout threshold. The split is 50/50 of Loanable’s profit on each funded deal. Loanable is not the lender — the owner’s obligation is to the funding provider in the 150+ lender network — but the partner who owns the partner link is who the Monday payment is for.

Why Monday instead of “net 30 from statement”

A weekly cycle is short enough that you can reconcile last week’s fundings against the dashboard without turning it into a quarterly project. If something looks wrong, you still remember the file. Monthly statements arrive after the producer has already spent the expected check in their head. Weekly is also how you fund a small shop’s actual bills: data pulls, a closer’s draw, the lead you bought that actually documented.

What you still need on file

ACH only works if the bank account on your partner profile is real, matches the tax identity you applied with, and is not a personal account you will replace next week. Update it before you have a funded deal, not after. If you run multiple producers, do not share one partner login and then argue about who should have received the wire. Separate codes, separate dashboards, clean Monday deposits.

Funding speed is not payout speed

Owners care when money hits their operating account. You should too, but you should keep the two clocks separate in the pitch. A clean working-capital file can fund as soon as 24 hours. That is a lender decision, not a marketing slogan you should guarantee. Your commission follows funding, then the Monday ACH calendar. Do not tell a producer they will be paid the morning the merchant is funded if Monday is four days away.

Larger products — term, equipment, SBA, facilities that can reach $50M — fund on underwriting time, not on a stopwatch. The payout rule does not change when the product changes. Half of Loanable profit, Monday ACH, no minimum. That is the entire cash-flow story. If you want it in writing in your own ops manual, copy that sentence and stop annotating it with grid folklore from a prior shop.

Reconcile the dashboard to the bank deposit the same day ACH lands. If a funded file is on the dashboard and missing from the deposit, you still have a short memory of the merchant and the product. If you wait until the next month’s “statement package,” you will be reconstructing a deal from email. Weekly payouts only help shops that actually look at them.
