This Cookie Notice explains how Nextgen Capital Solutions LLC, doing business as Loanable ("Loanable," "we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on websites we own or control that post or link to this notice (the "Sites"). We do not currently operate a consumer mobile app.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember preferences, understand how the site is used, and (if you allow them) support advertising.

We may use session cookies (which expire when you close the browser) and persistent cookies (which stay until they expire or you delete them). We use first-party cookies served by us, and third-party cookies served by vendors such as analytics and advertising partners.

What types of cookies we use

On the Sites we use the categories below. Essential cookies do not require consent. Other categories are off until you accept them in our banner or Cookie Settings, unless a legal opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control applies.

We do not currently use social-login cookies or session-replay products (such as FullStory). We do not use Flash cookies.

Other technologies

Browser web storage

We may use HTML5 localStorage or sessionStorage for similar purposes as cookies (including consent records and form autosave). Your browser can clear this storage.

Web beacons / pixels

We and our vendors may use pixel tags (clear GIFs) on pages and in HTML emails to see if a page was viewed or an email was opened. Unlike cookies, pixels are embedded in the page or email rather than stored as a file on your device.

Retention

• Session cookies: typically deleted when you close the browser
• Persistent cookies: often up to 12 months, depending on the vendor
• Consent preferences: stored until you change them or we update the consent version

Your choices

1. Cookie Settings. Use the banner on first visit, or open Cookie Settings anytime (also linked in the footer). Essential cookies stay on. You can accept all, essential only, or choose categories.
2. Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sale/sharing for targeted advertising on that browser (marketing and analytics cookies stay off even if you click Accept All).
3. Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block all cookies, parts of the Sites may not work (for example staying signed in).
4. Block images / pixels. You can configure many browsers not to load images, which can limit email and page pixels.
5. Industry opt-outs for interest-based ads: NAI and DAA. You may still see ads, including from companies that do not participate in those programs.
6. Do Not Track. We do not respond to DNT signals. Use Cookie Settings or GPC instead.

Apply these settings on each browser and device you use. Turning off marketing cookies does not stop all advertising; it makes ads less likely to be tailored to you.

Changes

We may update this Cookie Notice when our vendors or practices change. Check the date at the top. Material changes will be posted on the Sites.
