Independent Sales Organization Funding Payouts Every Monday

Independent Sales Organization Funding Payouts Every Monday

ISO offices die on cash timing more often than they die on origination. A file funds mid-month. The residual calendar is “the 15th after the month funds.” There is a minimum. The minimum misses. You tell a 1099 agent their deal is “in the next cycle.” They take the next merchant to a shop that pays faster. You call that a producer problem. It was a payout problem.

Loanable pays ISO partners every Monday via ACH with no minimum threshold. The split is 50/50 of Loanable profit on each funded deal, MCA or otherwise. Loanable is not the funder; 150+ lenders in the marketplace are. The partner who owns the partner link is who Monday’s deposit is for.

Build the week around the dashboard

Monday morning is reconcile, not hope. Funded files on the dashboard should match the ACH. Missing applications should trigger a link audit, not a speech about loyalty. Stuck files should trigger a document chase. If you only look at payouts when an agent complains, you are running the office from the loudest person, not from the book.

Separate agent codes or argue forever

If two agents share a link, you will spend Monday reconstructing who sourced the merchant. Give them separate partner codes or accept that you are the clearing house for every fight. Loanable’s 50/50 is the marketplace split with the partner of record. How you split your half with agents is your employment or contractor math.

Do not confuse funding day with payday

A working-capital file can fund as soon as 24 hours. That is for the merchant. Your payday is the following Monday cycle after the deal is funded and in the payout batch. Say that out loud when you hire. Agents who were promised “same-day commission” will not become calmer because you showed them a marketplace banner.

Large facilities up to $50M fund on underwriting time. They still pay on the same 50/50 Monday rule if they fund through your code. Do not staff your office as if every file is a same-week MCA. Staff it as if payday is weekly and origination quality is daily.

What to put in the agent agreement about Monday

Write the calendar. Funded this week does not mean paid this morning. It means the Monday cycle after the deal is in the payout batch. If you advance commissions out of pocket, that is your float, not Loanable’s. If an agent quits on Sunday, decide in writing whether the next ACH on their code is theirs. Loanable pays the partner of record on the ref. Your agreement has to map that to a human.

Reconcile in the open. A shared screen on Monday beats Slack accusations on Thursday. No minimum means a small MCA still appears. Do not hide small ACH items because they embarrass a producer who expected a grid fantasy. The 150+ lender marketplace will produce mixed sizes. Your books should too.

Get ISO commissions onto a Monday calendar. Apply to Loanable’s ISO program and add ACH details as soon as you are approved.
